WUSTL Users of Oncology Studies - New User Training Info
The length of each training course will vary based on content that is covered per role. Schedule a training session that bests fits your schedule. All training sessions will take place on the Med School Campus; the calendar below and the training sign-up form lists which facility the training will be held at. We look forward to seeing you there!
*Please note that the below training sessions are for CRA/regulatory for Oncology studies only. Non-oncology users will be trained on a different date. We'll be sure to update everyone once more information is released.*
If you are unable to attend in-person training, training requirements can be fulfilled through Learn@Work for Washington University in St. Louis employees. If you are a BJC employee who would like to complete the training online, reach out to the OST.
In Learn@Work, you will have three different training options with OnCore:
1. CRA-Limited: For users who need to submit to PRMC, but will not need to register/manage individual patients within the OnCore system. This includes retrospective chart reviews and specimen studies. These users are able to open studies to accrual and perform basic searches in OnCore.
2. CRA-Calendar: For users who need to create a new protocol, maintain patients tied to your protocols within OnCore, track patient calendar visits, and enter patient data into OnCore subject forms.
3. View Only: For users who need to search for protocols and patients in OnCore, print out documents, and complete effort tracking within OnCore.
Please contact the OST prior to completing the training in Learn@Work if you are unsure of which training would best suit your job responsibilities or for more information. If you have already completed the training, please contact the OST so they can start the process of granting you access to the system.
